平成美術 Art MAISON INTERNATIONAL VOL.24に「創生」「朱峯」掲載

芸術家・石川静は赤のエキスパートであり、優れた作品を数多く手がけて、そこに命を吹き込んでいる。

芸術の歴史では、時代やアーティスト毎に作品の基本となる色が存在する。例えば、ベラスケスの赤系油彩やティツイアーノの黄色の背景などだ。彼ら、そして石川は、自らの基本色から最大の効果を得て、素晴らしい色彩で作品を描いてきた。

石川は、輝くようなオーラを絵画に与える技術を有しており、それにより鑑賞者を魅了する。彼女の作品には不思議なオーラがあり、現実をより力強いファンタジーに変化させるのだ。「朱峯」と「創生」という２点の作品は、テーマやスタイルは異なるが、彼女特有のアプローチ方法によって制作されていることがわかる。作品のテーマに関して様々な解釈ができることも面白い。石川は絵画を通して、宇宙の謎やその広がり、物資の変化について言及しているのかもしれない。

Artist Shizu Ishikawa is an expert in red, who breathes life into the many amazing works she creates.

In the history of art there are some colors that become synonymous with the work of an artist or an eraーfor example Velasquez’s reddish waves or Tiziano’s yellow backgrounds. They, and also Ishikawa, gain maximum effect from their base colors, creating vibrant work.

Ishikawa has the skill to create a shining aura in her painting that arrests its viewers. Her work contains a mysterious aura, changing reality into a more powerful fantasy. The two works here, “Red Summit” and “Genesis”, have different themes and styles, but it is clear they both stem from the artist’s unique approach. It is also  interesting that we can  interpret the themes of her work in many different ways. In her painting, Ishikawa may be  commenting on the mysterious diffusion o f the universe, and the development  of material.
